FAQ

Do I need to share my AI model or data?

No. The core evidence workflow is self-hosted. Your runs stay in your environment.

What should I start with?

Start free with Builder and the EU starter if you are still evaluating fit or can run the workflow yourself. Use standalone Article 50 help when Article 50 is the only EU scope and your team wants hands-on help. Use first-package help when one system needs its first real full package. Move to the 3-agent or 10-agent subscription only when the workflow is already in real use. Use enterprise support when the work is broader or more formal.

What does the Article 50 offer cover?

It is a one-time help offer for teams whose only EU scope is Article 50 transparency duties. It is narrower than the full package path and does not replace legal review or final sign-off.

What exactly does first package help buy?

First package help gets one real system to its first package faster. It does not replace legal review, governance review, or final sign-off.

What counts as a supported agent?

A supported agent is one real agent or system workflow with its own package lifecycle inside the paid support scope.

Can I add more agents without moving straight to the 10-agent plan?

Yes. Additional supported agents are EUR120 per month each. For some teams that is cheaper than moving immediately to the 10-agent tier.

How do paid plans start?

Paid work starts through direct contact rather than self-serve checkout. Scope, billing cadence, cancellation terms, and any refund terms are confirmed in writing before paid work begins.

Which support channel should I use?

Use public GitHub issues for public product questions and security@agent-qa-toolkit.com for private security disclosures. Paid support contacts and response windows are confirmed in the agreed commercial scope.

Do subscriptions include done-for-you setup?

No. The recurring plans cover supported self-hosted use, updates, and ongoing support. First-time setup help is sold separately.

Does this replace legal counsel?

No. The site and toolkit generate technical evidence and documentation structure. Legal teams still own legal interpretation.
